TC.25.15 - 75% Carpondro

The final neonate to emerge, this individual hatched tucked beneath the egg mass and likely would have remained trapped without intervention. It was also the first to take a meal while partially submerged in water, an unusual but memorable start that reflects its gentle, cautious demeanor. This animal carries deeper yellow tones with a brown dorsal pattern that shifts from tan to near-black along the spine. The head stamp is minimal, but the body patterning is intricate, with a soft lateral fade and multiple color transitions between the belly and the sides. Along one of the posterior flanks is a distinct, dark iridescent birthmark-like splotch that serves as a unique identifying feature.

This snake presents with an understated elegance rather than high contrast, offering a softer aesthetic more than some of its more saturated siblings. It is still being established as a consistent feeder, and progress is ongoing. Its ontogenetic color change could shift in any direction with OCC, making this a particularly interesting animal to watch mature.
